By accessing and using Slick Invoices ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Slick Invoices is a web-based invoice generation platform that allows users to create professional invoices using various templates. We provide:

• Three professionally designed invoice templates
• PDF generation and download capabilities
• Free tier with 3 invoices per month
• Paid subscription for unlimited invoice generation
• Secure payment processing through Stripe

3. User Accounts and Registration

• All users must register and must provide accurate registration information.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

4. Subscription Terms

Pricing

• Free Tier: $0 per month
• Monthly subscription: $9.00 per month
• Annual subscription: $90.00 per year (equivalent to $7.50/month)

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, Inc.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are only provided for yearly subscribers and will be prorated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate fraudulent or misleading invoices
• Violate any local, state, national, or international laws
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our systems
• Share account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access our source code
• Use the service for any illegal business activities

6. Data and Privacy

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Slick Invoices and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Invoice templates and generated invoices remain your property for business use. You grant us a limited license to process and generate your invoices through our service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Suspend service for emergency maintenance
• Modify features or discontinue certain functionalities

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slick Invoices shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
